The Challenger Ouest is the last phase of Le Nouveau Saint-Laurent housing development that started in 2009 with the building of the Grands Palais sur le Lac. This latest project consists of a series of twin condominium buildings to be built at a 45-degree angle on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard. Each set of two buildings will feature distinct architectural characteristics.
